Turkler

The Turkish resort village of Turkler, located between the districts of Avsallar and Palayar, about 18 km from the center of Alanya, is inhabited by just over 4,000 residents. It is separated from the sea by a highway that runs along the coastline along the entire Mediterranean coast of Turkey, and most hotels and residential complexes are located on the other side of the highway, with the exception of hotels in the west of the area, located on the small Fugla peninsula, which have direct access to the beach.
The beaches of Turkler are represented by sand and pebble areas, where grayish sand gives way to pebbles when entering the water. The areas near the hotels are covered with imported sand, and thanks to the gradual entry into the water, they are ideal for families with children.
Real estate in Turkler is represented by small complexes equipped with their own infrastructure, offering apartments at lower prices than in other areas of Alanya. However, for the most part, Turkler is more of a hotel village. The infrastructure of the area is focused mainly on the summer season and is inferior to the neighboring village of Avsallar. Turkler has everything you need for recreation and life - a shopping center, a market, souvenir shops, small essential shops, pharmacies and a municipal clinic, gas stations, ATMs and various services. For greater opportunities, there are the neighboring districts of Avsallar (literally within walking distance) and Konakli, transport links between the districts of Alanya, including its center, are very well developed, getting to a larger range of services and opportunities will not be difficult.
Although there are no notable attractions in the village, there are small cafes and restaurants for entertainment and places to spend time, as well as a water amusement park "Sealanya Park" for children and adults, which has a water park, a dolphinarium, a children's playground and a beach. The park occupies as much as 5 hectares of land! The dolphinarium has original and large arenas, many dolphins and fur seals, there are even enclosures with crocodiles and a pool with sharks and stingrays.
The area is suitable for investment due to its favorable location, developed infrastructure, good beaches and natural cleanliness. There is still enough land for development here, so you can buy real estate at much more favorable prices than in the central regions. New developers are actively developing Turkler, which affects the development of the area's infrastructure and its attractiveness, creating prospects for the future.
